Sport Energy, an indigenous Energy company duly registered with the Federal Ministry of Trade and Regional Integration (MOTRI) and Licensed by the Ethiopian Petroleum and Energy Authority to Engage in the marketing of petroleum and petroleum products, is owned and managed by a group of energetic, highly motivated, innovate and visionary young Ethiopians with requisite knowledge in petroleum and petroleum products and proven professional experience in the marketing of the same
- Ensures prompt delivery of petroleum and petroleum products at fuel stations and on request, while maintaining 500,000 liter fuel holding capacity reserve depot
- Goes the extra mile to promptly deliver petroleum on location to customers who place orders of 20,000 liters and above
- Owns and operates a fleet of 50 modern (2016 model) long-haul fuel trucks with a capacity of 47,000 liters each with in keeping the company’s Objective.
- Operates fuel stations in parts of the country with heavy flow of traffic and plans to launch more standard stations in selected different locations, identified through relevant market research.
- Works in close consultation with government and non-governmental institutions.
- Succeeded in winning the trust and confidence of customers in the short space of time since it joined the market.
- Employs staff requisite knowledge and professional experience in the field.
Supply and Distribution
The Customer Service Centre
It’s a committed customer interface that ensures prompt Order Fulfillment. The Center also register and disseminate maintenance calls from retail and commercial customers to the designate maintenance team.
Djibouti Branch Logistics Office
Is a back bone of the company that is responsible for handling of materials, coordinate the loading service and products imported through the Port of Djibouti for distribution to customers/project sites.
Transport Management
Over 60 fuel and dry cargo trucks are contracted to handle the distribution of product from Djibouti to different Retail and Commercial customer’s sites across the country to meet the day to day petroleum products demand of customers.
